Introduction

Aluminum plastic composite panel refers to a 3-layer composite panel with plastic as the core layer and aluminum on both sides, and the surface of the product is covered with a decorative and protective coating or film as a decorative surface for the product.

Quality test
The PVDF top coat of ALUCOSUPER is applied 2 or 3 layers coating processing result in up to 25um painting film thickness. Some special color requires 3-4 layers process up to a total thickness of 35um.The quality control for ALUCOSUEPR is accordance with the standards laid down is ASTM.

For PE coating we usually offer 5-8 years warranty, and for PVDF coating we usually offer 10-15years warranty. For some special warranty request, we also can satisfy customer, over 20years is ok too.

3.What is the shipping port?
We ship the goods via Ningbo or Shanghai port.

4.What fire-rated level can you do?
We have 1 lines A2 fire-rated production line and 1 lines B1 fire-rated production line.

5.What max width ACP can you produce?
