Product introduction:
The wood grain color-coated aluminum sheet combines all the advantages of the aluminum sheet. It not only has the very similar pattern of wood, but also the advantages of light weight, easy installation and smooth surface. The Alucosuper wood grain ACP adopts the high quality PVDF coating materials which help the products can be used outdoors with longer service life.

Alucosuper solid aluminum sheet is based on high-quality aluminum plate, and the fluorocarbon and polyester coatings of PPG and AKZONOBEL are used as raw materials. We use automatic numerical control sheet metal processing equipment,  Ransburg automatic electrostatic liquid spraying device and Nordson powder electrostatic spraying device. The whole process is scientific rigorous and high quality. Alucosuper solid aluminum sheet has the advantages of light weight and great strength with high standard fireproof ability.
Aluminum sheet wall cladding use organic solvents such as toluene, xylene, and butyl acetate as diluent. Once a fire occurs, a large amount of toxic smoke is generated in a closed environment. The waterborne paint used in water-based ceramic aluminum sheet is a rare high-tech product that can completely replace oil-based paints in China. It fully complies with the national CCEL standard and avoids the environmental damage caused by solvent paints and damage to human health.

2.How is Aluminum sheet for wall decoration warranty ?
For PE coating we usually offer 5-8 years warranty, and for PVDF coating we usually offer 10-15years warranty. For some special warranty request, we also can satisfy customer, over 20years is ok too. 

3.How about packing?

For coils: we have two packing way , eye to sky and eye to wall.
For sheet: use pallet packing.
