"Alucosuper"aluminum composite panel manufactured by our own company with overall 5 layers lamination our own PVDF coated aluminum skin face and back panel other polymer adhesive films and PE plastic core materials,and are made by advanced technology including one-step composite molding, shaping. cooling,etc..

Quality Control
The PVDF top coat of ALUCOSUPER is applied 2 or 3 layers coating processing result in up to 25um painting film thickness. Some special color requires 3-4 layers process up to a total thickness of 35um.The quality control for ALUCOSUEPR is accordance with the standards laid down is ASTM.

2. How is Aluminum Composite Material warranty ?
For PE coating we usually offer 5-8 years warranty, and for PVDF coating we usually offer 10-15years warranty. For some special warranty request, we also can satisfy customer, over 20years is ok too.

3. What is the shipping port?
We ship the goods via Ningbo or Shanghai port.

4.What fire-rated level can you do?
We have 1 lines A2 fire-rated production line and 1 lines B1 fire-rated production line.

5.What max width ACP can you produce?
A: We have 2 lines imported Japanese wide ACP production , Max width can reached to 2 meter.
